My familly and I embarked in the journey of natural products over 30 years ago. At that time, I started learning more about the benefits of using herbal supplements.  We started making lifestyle changes, substituting bad eating habits with good nutrition and adding herbal supplements and vitamins to our daily regime. The more I studied, the more I wanted to learn. I graduated from Trinity College as a CHNP, Certified Natural Health Professional.  I would like to thank The Tree of Light for their wonderful education and to many others like Dr. Bernard Jensen, Dr. Christopher's writings, etc. I am constantly learning and updating my skills. To this date, my thirst for research is never ending. Throughout these years, my biggest satisfaction has been to be able to help my family and friends change bad habits into good habits and feel better. Ten years ago I became a licensed skin care specialist and body wrapper. Two years ago I became aCertified Aromatherapist from the International School of Aromatherapists by Lorrie Hargis, RA and approved by NAHA, National Association of Holistic Aromatherapists.  Incorporating these modalities into my business has helped many aware that beauty lies within, from the inside, not only on the outside, and emotional healing can be accomplished with the use of essential oils and flower essences. Working with wonderful products like Natures Sunshine products and helping others feel better has been one of my greatest accomplishments.
