Most people think that being "right" is very important. This is drilled into us in public school where we get rewarded with good grades and praise when we give the "correct" answer and punished and criticized when we give the "wrong" answer.

I would argue that needing to be "right" is an enemy to knowledge. It closes the mind and entrenches people into defending their position. In truth, it is more important to know how to ask questions. It is in questioning everything we "think" we know that we acquire wisdom.

I firmly believe that if we earnestly pursue truth, we will find it. I believe in the scriptural injunction, "ask and you shall receive, seek and you will find, knock and it will be opened unto you." It has been a guiding principle in my life. In this webinar, we'll discuss the importance of asking, seeking and knocking and how to do it effectively.
