In life we often experience turmoil, anger, agitation, irritation and other distressing emotions. We also see conflict in our world—crime, wars, divorces and other disturbing events. Most of us long to experience love and peace in the world. 

In this webinar, I'm going to present one of the core conclusions I came to after years of doing emotional healing work with myself and others. I had always believed that my emotions were caused by my life experiences, but as I healed my emotions and helped other people do the same, I reached a different conclusion. I came to understand that life's circumstances don't create what's inside of us—they reveal it. In short, our innermost thoughts (non-verbal thought) and emotions create our experience of life. 

Therefore, to create peace in the world, I must first learn to create peace in my own heart. How can one do this in the face of all the difficult life experiences we face? That's what we'll discuss in this webinar.
