There's nothing worse than attending meetings where nothing gets done. Steven has served on the boards of two non-profit corporations and has also worked in corporate America. He knows how poorly conducted meetings can waste time and accomplish nothing. But this is more than a business problem.  Couples can get together and go around and around without resolving a thing.  The same dysfunction can occur in a family setting.

This is sad, because when human beings work together they can accomplish so much more than they can on their own. One of the skills of a good leader is the ability to take charge of and direct meetings so that they bring the group together and help the team achieve their goals.
