The ratio of processed foods to healthy whole foods is about 5 to 1 in the average grocery store, unfortunately, even much of the “real” food (fruits, vegetables, meat, dairy, etc.) has been tampered with in some way. Supplements can help, but they can’t replace whole foods in the diet, hence, the need for superfoods.
